Melanie Mohr
CEO
Melanie Mohr is a Berlin-based entrepreneur with 20 years’ experience producing videos. In 2016 she founded YEAY - a product recommendation app for Generation Z. In 2018 she became the founder and CEO of WOM Protocol Pte. Ltd., the blockchain company helping brands tap into peer-to-peer recommendations.
Jeremy Lindström
Head of Operations
Jeremy Lindström is a tech entrepreneur helping startups develop business plans and market entry strategies. He also has a strong digital marketing background, having worked for marketing agencies and in-house for brands such as L'Oreal UK. Jeremy has an MBA from the University of Oxford and is a World Champion jump roper.
Artem Kazakov started as a developer and later transitioned into technical project management. He has delivered more than 50 different projects for large corporations in insurance, medicine, food delivery, and entertainment with clients including Beeline, Dr. Oetker, Kaspersky, and Lukoil. He graduated in parallel from Wuhan University and an Economics university in Russia.

Alexander Yasko
Lead Software Engineer
Alex Yasko is a full-stack software engineer who has successfully delivered many products including e-commerce websites, desktop apps, and embedded safety-critical systems. He has experience in all aspects of the software product lifecycle and has also published a number of scientific papers in the field of systems safety and reliability assessments.
Viviene Rudcenko
Communications Manager
Vivienne Rudcenko is a content and communications specialist with over ten years’ experience in PR, social media, and marketing. She has worked for global as well as boutique London marketing communications agencies, developing campaigns for clients including Vodafone, Sony, BlackBerry and Lenovo. She has also managed the brand voice and communications for startups in the emerging Berlin tech scene.
Rodrigo Schaefer
Senior App Developer
Rodrigo Schaefer is a software engineer with an MBA in mobile development. He has delivered corporate systems, commercial software, and games on many platforms. He has also acted as software architect for a government agency and has been involved in entrepreneurial projects for the last decade.
Fernando Cruz has more than fourteen years' experience as a software engineer, including eight working with iOS and Flutter. He specializes in architecture definition, design patterns, business models, and product quality. He has founded three startups including Clique Taxi, Sem Fila, and [VCMD] and helped develop EBANX Go and EBANX Track from scratch.

Dana Jagnow has worked in accounting, controlling, and administration for 20 years. She has planned and implemented controlling tools such as cost unit accounting and contribution margin accounting and integrated and automated these tools in ERP systems. She has a degree in industrial engineering with a focus on controlling and organization.

Kevin Liebigt is a Berlin based designer, focusing on new brands and big ideas. He matches a rare combination of creative dexterity with a result-driven process to deliver unique visual solutions that define his clients market presence. Previous to WOM, Kevin worked with other startups, such as YEAY, major corporations like BMG Music, and brands like Daniela Katzenberger.
Saurabh Singh
UX Designer
Saurabh Singh is a UI/UX designer and has collaborated with a wide range of teams to create people-centered and insightful products across diverse industries. With more than eight years of experience in user research and design thinking, Saurabh is passionate about solving user’s problems and creating new opportunities for them.
